NLD Promises Impartial Government

The National Lead for Democracy (NLD) presidential candidate Doyo Hassan Doyo has pledged to build a Tanzania founded on equality, hope, and inclusive development. He vowed that under his leadership, people with special needs would receive direct support through dedicated grants and systems free of bureaucracy. Doyo’s vision centres on dignity, justice, and equal opportunity for all Tanzanians, backed by programmes in housing, education, healthcare, and psychological support for vulnerable groups. He also unveiled an ambitious plan to promote clean energy by reducing taxes on gas investors and ensuring every household receives a free gas cylinder, a move aimed at curbing deforestation and lowering living costs. Committed to environmental restoration, he promised to plant 100 million trees over five years, describing his campaign as a call to build a modern, just, and sustainable Tanzania.
